We all have rough patches in our lives. We all
have moments when we wonder how do we
keep going. You aren’t along and the good
news is there is more research everyday
about what makes up resiliency. Things like
hope, a strong support network, emotional
regulation, adaptability, and future
orientation. And the even better news is that these attributes can be
learned! By just changing a few behaviors, we change the trajectory of
our lives.
