McCann Village is a non-profit residential facility for those 62 years of age and older and persons with mobility impairments. The apartments have been carefully designed to meet the needs of older adults. McCann Village is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A housing assistance program is available. Those who qualify do not pay more than 30 percent of their annual adjusted income for rent and utilities (except for telephone, cable services and internet). In addition to well-designed apartments, there are comfortable common areas, a large meeting room for group gatherings, a craft room, a library, laundry facilities and beauty shop. All interested are encouraged to call for additional information or to schedule a visit.
